We are a not-for-profit VCSE and registered Social Enterprise with no shareholders.

This means that –

  • We have a clear social mission set out in our governing documents and are controlled in the interest of that mission.
  • We re-invest at least half our surpluses towards that mission.
  • We are independent of government control, and earn more than half of our income through trading.
  • We are transparent in the way we operate and the impact we have.
