Social Impact Review 2023

As we welcome a new addition to our growing team of Apprentice Managers this month, here is a flavour of what we achieved in 2023.

Thank you to all our apprentices, to our host companies large and small, to the colleges we work with, to our Directors, to the local construction organisations, to CITB, to the DfE, to the professional and trade bodies we collaborate with – and most of all to our dedicated management team who work all hours to make a difference to the lives of these young people, to get them established on their apprenticeship, through to completion and onwards into the industry whilst helping to address the relentless skills shortage.
