We employ apprentices in the following entry-level Trade roles.

Bricklayer
- Level 2 – Bricklayer
- Published duration – 30 months (plus estim. 3 months to End Point Assessment). See also our Accelerated Apprenticeship offer.
- Entry requirements – Level 1 English and maths. See also our Pre-Apprenticeship offer.
- On completion – you may be eligible to apply for the Skilled Worker – Blue – CSCS Card.
Carpentry
- Level 2 – Carpentry and Joinery
- Published duration – 24 months (plus estim. 3 months to End Point Assessment). See also our Accelerated Apprenticeship offer.
- Entry requirements – Level 1 English and maths. See also our Pre-Apprenticeship offer.
- On completion – you may be eligible to apply for the Skilled Worker – Blue – CSCS Card.
Carpentry (Advanced)
- Level 3 – Advanced Carpentry and Joinery
- Published duration – 15 months (plus estim. 3 months to End Point Assessment). See also our Accelerated Apprenticeship offer.
- Entry requirements – Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship.
- On completion – you may be eligible to apply for the Advanced Craft – Gold – CSCS Card.
Dry Liner
- Level 2 – Interior Systems Installer

Groundworker
- Level 2 – Groundworker

Painter and Decorator

- Gateway – This is the point when you have completed your training and qualification requirements and are deemed competent and ready to submit any necessary documents (e.g., portfolio of evidence). Once the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) has independently confirmed that you have met all the requirements, the EPA can start.
- End Point Assessment (EPA) – End-point assessment (EPA) is an independent assessment that takes place at the end of the apprenticeship to test that the apprentice is competent in their occupation. All apprentices must complete an EPA. Read more here.
