Site Management
We employ apprentices in the following entry-level Site Management Trainee roles.
This is part of our core offer but please do contact us about other construction apprenticeships of interest.
Site Management (L3)
- Level 3 – Construction Support Technician
- Published duration – 24 months (plus estim. 3 months to End Point Assessment). See also our Accelerated Apprenticeship offer.
- Entry Requirements – typically five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths, English and a Science (or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship).
- As an apprentice – you may be eligible for:
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) – student membership
- On completion – you may be eligible to apply for:
Site Management (L4)
- Level 4 – Construction Site Supervisor
- Published duration – 36 months (plus estim. 3 months to End Point Assessment). See also our Accelerated Apprenticeship offer.
- Entry Requirements – typically five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths, English and a Science (or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship).
- As an apprentice – you may be eligible for:
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) – student membership

- Gateway – This is the point when you have completed your training and qualification requirements and are deemed competent and ready to submit any necessary documents (e.g., portfolio of evidence). Once the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) has independently confirmed that you have met all the requirements, the EPA can start.
- End Point Assessment (EPA) – End-point assessment (EPA) is an independent assessment that takes place at the end of the apprenticeship to test the competency of the apprentice. All apprentices must complete an EPA. Read more here.
