From recruitment to on-site training, we are here to support both apprentices and our Partners at every stage of the journey.
Katie
Katie is our Head of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of our services, as well as managing HR and finance. With a passion for developing people, Katie plays a key role in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
A qualified assessor and internal verifier, Katie is also an Associate CIPD professional and serves as Vice Chair at Building Greater Exeter. Katie regularly attends careers and networking events to build connections and advocate for career development in the sector.
Her commitment to supporting individuals and businesses shines through in everything she does, making Katie a driving force behind our mission to foster talent in the construction industry.
Rebecca
Rebecca is our Apprenticeship Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of apprentices and ensuring they stay up to date with their training.
Rebecca is a STEM Ambassador, teacher and Mental Health First Aider. Her support goes far beyond academic instruction, focusing on the personal and professional development of each apprentice. Through dedicated pastoral support, she is dedicated to the overall well-being of each apprentice. Her commitment to her apprentices was highlighted when they nominated her as a finalist for Mentor of the Year 2024 at the Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards, hosted by Truro and Penwith College.
Rebecca is actively involved in careers and apprenticeship events, as well as local networking opportunities, to help connect apprentices with industry professionals. With a true passion for supporting apprentices in reaching their full potential, Rebecca’s dedication to their success is at the heart of everything she does.
Ali
Ali is our Business Development Executive raising awareness of Shared Apprenticeships and championing it's mission to develop collaborative apprenticeship opportunities across the construction sector.
Passionate about building lasting partnerships, Ali works closely with businesses, training providers and apprentices to shape flexible, practical routes into the industry through the shared apprenticeship model, helping to meet real workforce demands.
As a Mental Health First Aider, Ali is dedicated to promoting safe, supportive and inclusive workplaces. Ali's approach combines commercial awareness with a strong emphasis on well-being, ensuring both apprentices and our partners are supported throughout their journey.
