We are delighted to announce the first phase of our refreshed business model with John McColl taking up our newly created Early Careers Manager role and Kirsty Woods joining the team as our new Social Impact & Sustainability Manager! Both John and Kirsty have a wealth of experience across the industry in the south-west. Kirsty joins us from Train4All Construction & Engineering Academy and will be working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and key stakeholders to identify work placement opportunities for our local Level 2, 3 and 4 apprentices. John has a PGCE (Post 16) and experience of devising participatory engagement strategies and in Post 16 Education including teaching, assessing, advising, and implementing quality assurance processes. He thrives on delivering successful outcomes for young people and will be supporting our apprentices through to completion and progression to full time employment, a higher apprenticeship and/or to apply for the Tier 1 Trainee programmes.
