Clients - We employ local people for local projects, and mentor them through to the completion of their apprenticeship!

Main Contractors - If you or your subcontractors need to hire a local apprentice for a short-term project, we make it easy!

At Shared Apprenticeships, we employ Level 2 Construction Apprentices in various Trades including –

  • Bricklaying
  • Carpentry (L2 and L3)
  • Groundworking
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plastering
  • Roofing
  • Scaffolding

We also employ Level 3 Civil Engineering Technicians and Level 4 Technical Apprentices including Construction Civil Engineering Technicians, Site Supervisors and Construction Quantity Surveyors – all at local Colleges or approved Training Providers.

    • Our Early Careers team are qualified mentors, and provide expert wellbeing support if needed
    • We handle P.A.Y.E. and our Apprentices receive National Minimum Wage and travel expenses

    • We arrange apprenticeship training with a local college (or cover travel costs/expenses)
    • We act as point of reference for the college Tutor/Assessor in collaboration with you
