Southern Construction Framework
The Southern Construction Framework (SCF) is the third generation framework in the South of England. It is a joint venture between Devon County Council, Hampshire County Council and Haringey Council.
SASW works with the SCF providing its’ members with apprentices in both Trade and Technician roles. This helps the framework members to meet their Employment and Skills Strategy Targets. The framework members in the South West are Balfour Beatty, BAM, Bouygues, Galliford Try, Kier, Midas, Morgan Sindall, Wates, ISG and Willmott Dixon.
The SCF is a framework that can be used by local authorities, public sector bodies and charities across Greater London, the South East and the South West of England. It covers individual projects or whole programmes of new buildings, extensions, improvements, renovations, repairs and associated site infrastructure works.
Its aim is to share best practice, drive forward new improvements and review performance, workload, pipeline and market intelligence. The SCF is committed to giving framework users the best possible construction experience and to keep improving year on year.
